| Pork Chops Marinade with SUMI Miso Dressing for 1 hours in the refrigerator.
How to Cook: To Braise: Here ’s the preferredmethod for preparing all pork chops because it allows them to cook thoroughly without toughening and drying. Brown chops 3 minutes on a side over moderately high heat in a skillet brushed with oil; pour off all drippings. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, add a small amount of water (1/3 cup is about right for 4 chops), cover, and simmer slowly over low heat or in a preheated 350F oven 50-60 minutes until well done. Add 2 T-spoon of flour into the pan after take out pork chops. Make sauce with miso dressing. |

| Pour SUMI Yuzu Dressing over the Tuna fish, cover, and let sit 1 hours at refrigerate. Turn once or twice to coat well. Prepare a barbecue and brush the grill with oil. Grill the Tuna Fish 4 to 6 inches above the coals, turning once, and brushing often with SUMI Dressing, until the fish tests done. This will take about 6 or 8 minutes if the fish is 3/4 inch thick, about 10 to 15 minutes if it is 1 inch thick. Remove the fish from the grill and serve immediately. | ||||||||||||
